Terms of Use
These terms describe the rules for using Ray The Whale and the Ray Plus subscription. The iOS app is also governed by Apple’s Standard EULA.

Use Of The Service
- Ray The Whale is a parent-guided English learning service for organizing photo capture, vocabulary review, and daily quiz practice.
- You are responsible for the learning content you upload or enter, and for making sure a parent or guardian manages any child-facing use.
- Do not upload content you do not have permission to use or content that is unlawful, harmful, or unrelated to the learning workflow.
Subscriptions
- Ray Plus is an auto-renewable subscription that unlocks higher daily learning limits and monthly photo capture allowance.
- iOS subscriptions are purchased, renewed, cancelled, and restored through Apple In-App Purchase and App Store subscription management.
- The subscription title, duration, localized price, privacy policy link, and EULA link are shown in the in-app purchase flow before purchase.
EULA
- Ray The Whale uses Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement for the iOS app unless a custom EULA is later provided in App Store Connect.
- You can review the Apple Standard EULA from the link below.
Privacy And Data
- Our Privacy Policy explains what data is collected, how it is used, and how parents can request export or deletion.
- We do not sell personal data and do not use child learning data for third-party advertising.
